RJ Martin Unveils New Electrical Services Subsidiaries

CLEVELAND, Ohio – November 3, 2009 – RJ Martin (www.rjmartin.net), a single source
electrical contracting firm servicing commercial, institutional and industrial organizations, today
announced the formation of three new subsidiaries – RJ Martin Electrical Contracting, RJ Martin
Electrical Services and RJ Martin National Contracting. Under the direction of the firm’s new
management team, these subsidiaries align customer needs and further capitalize on the firm’s
more than 20 years of best practices in electrical services.

RJ Martin Electrical Contracting and RJ Martin Electrical Services will focus on the firm’s existing
and new Ohio-based contracts, while RJ Martin National Contracting will service new contracts
out of the firm’s Charleston, South Carolina office, as well as new national accounts.

In August, RJ Martin engaged new management to strengthen its leadership position and bring
the management of the business back into the family. Led by President Robert J. Martin, Jr., the
120 employees, who share in the ownership of RJ Martin, have delivered more than $200 million
of high quality electrical services since its founding in 1987.

new services will be targeted toward energy efficient lighting processes,” continued Martin.
Currently, RJ Martin provides energy efficient lighting retrofit services to industrial organizations.
Projects are installed with no initial capital and achieve an immediate positive cash flow.

national retail stores, educational buildings, hotels, and manufacturing facilities. The majority of
